Are you an experienced real estate professional looking for flexibility without stepping away from the industry you love? We’re on the lookout for a reliable and organised Leasing & Property Manager Assistant to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for someone who’s previously worked in real estate or property management and is now seeking a better work-life balance—perhaps after stepping back from a full-time position.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting our senior property manager and assisting with leasing duties across our portfolio. You’ll represent our agency at property viewings, provide a warm and professional experience to prospective tenants, and help keep the leasing process running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Coordinating and attending property viewings and home opens

Handling rental enquiries and application follow-up

Assisting with leasing administration and documentation

Preparing lease agreements and related paperwork

What We’re Looking For:

A current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

A current WA Property Management Certificate of Registration

Previous experience in real estate or property management

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Someone who can work both independently and as part of a team

A friendly, professional approach with a strong work ethic

Confidence using property management software (training can be provided)
