About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager at Neuweb, you will drive growth by identifying and securing high-value, potential or strategic new business clients across sectors. You will lead early-stage client engagement, shape tailored solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service alignment and contribute to profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development: Identify and engage high-value, strategic clients aligned with the national growth strategy. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through market scanning and research.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with senior decision-makers, drive stakeholder mapping, and coordinate client briefings and site visits. Develop tailored value propositions and ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.
Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets, navigate procurement processes, finalize contracts, and oversee post-sale activities, including client references and case studies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance and product development, to deliver high-class experiences to customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform growth strategy. Provide industry insights and contribute to strategic planning.
About You:
You are a talented Business Development Manager with:
Industry Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within the technology or security industry, with a proven track record of high-value sales.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable revenue growth, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand client needs, build long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in market analysis, sales forecasting, governance frameworks, and CRM tools with a high level of business and commercial acumen.
Adaptability & Collaboration: Resilient and team-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts, resolving escalations, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
