Salary Package: $165,000 - $175,000 + Super

Role Overview

This is a newly created, exciting role reporting to a highly experienced Head of Finance with the purpose of the role being the ownership of day to day reporting, compliance and business management reporting. The business is at a transformational stage so exposure to the development of processes including those at transactional level will be fundamental alongside the creation of reporting packs, accounting policies and procedures. In the short-medium term there will also be the opportunity to develop and mentor the team as it grows. Working for a supporitive and engaging Head of Finance, who is a leader by example, this is a dual hands-on and leadership role that will require you be able to enhance finance processes to align with the scaling of the business. Therefore, a passion for business and process improvement will be critical for success in this role.

A clear pathway for promotion will open up within 18 - 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control & Compliance - Financial Statement preparation, Audit management, Tax Reporting
• Shaping Finance Operations - Reporting and Analysis, Transactional process review and enhancement, Revenue Reporting, Review of Junior team members work
• Business Management Activities - Budgeting, forecasting, Financial modelling, Variance Analysis, Monthly management reporting pack
• Administration Support - General Finance administrative services overview

Candidate Profile

Being either a CPA or CA qualified you are currently likely sitting in either an existing Finance Manager role and looking for a role with a short-medium term route to Financial Controller. You have a strong rounded background, ideally developed through hands-on roles and are seeking to develop the next stage of your career in a fast-paced organisation that will invest in your growth and fast track your progression towards the next level. You are energetic and positive towards problem solving and taking on challenges, and hold the values of service, passion and integrity alongside a forward-thinking outlook.
