We are currently searching for our newest superstar in our ever growing Property Management Department.
This is a 6 month Maternity Leave Contract.
We are looking for a Property Manager who is passionate, determined and enthusiastic. This position would suit someone with Property Management experience who enjoys looking after their own portfolio.
The successful applicant will manage a portfolio.
You will join a team of over 20 experienced Property Management professionals with an exciting, lively and positive attitude.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
- Must have Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Agents Representative Certificate
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to do a variety of tasks
- Eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
- Reliable car & a valid drivers licence
Some of the tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):
- Condition reports
- Routine inspections
- Rental arrears
- Lease renewals
- Rent increases
- Final inspections
- Signing up of new leases
- Processing bonds
- Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
- Arrange property maintenance and repairs
- Issuing breach notices
- Keeping up to date and practice with current Property Management legislation
Tasks do not include:
- Listing properties for rent, we have a separate BDM department who manage listings
- Processing and presenting applications, we have a separate Leasing department who manage the application process
Days of work are Monday- Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
Option to work Saturday's with additional remuneration.
This is a 6 month Maternity Leave Contract. Towards the end of the contract discussions' regarding a possible extension will be had with the successful applicant.
