About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in both Mandarin/Chinese and English. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners is essential. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to brand growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to plan, execute, and maintain integrated marketing campaigns.

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, website, blogs, eDMs, merchandise, and public relations.

Create and manage a content calendar for social media, oversee the development of creative assets, track performance metrics, and report results to management.

Coordinate the production of marketing resources and support the execution of brand and campaign activities.

Key Duties

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.

Conduct regular audits of marketing content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance with advertising regulations.

Assist in the launch of new products and contribute to initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen marketing effectiveness.

About You
Qualifications and experiences required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Content creation and copywriting abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. social media, email platforms).

Organisational and project coordination skills.

Analytical skills for campaign reporting and optimisation.

Creativity and brand alignment awareness.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin for Chinese-speaking market engagement.

1–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or junior roles).

Familiarity with marketing tools and campaign support.

Experience in content creation and social media engagement.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support brand expansion.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the technical proficiency to analyse data and manage digital tools.

Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
