This Property Development company are renowned for high-end residential projects throughout inner Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Here is an opportunity to progress your career in the onsite space, with this particular role encompassing an interesting blend of both Property Management and Building Management.

The Position:

A full-time, Monday to Friday position has become available for a Senior Property Manager. You will be working in your own building in East Brisbane, where you will have full autonomy and the freedom to run your own day. With support from an Assistant, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 luxury residential apartments. The role is diverse and interesting, and you will have the benefit of a great existing framework of streamlined policies and procedures to follow, ensuring a smooth handover and a positive experience in a new role from the get go.

• Monday - Friday only
• No driving involved - based onsite with parking provided
• Cloud based software used
• $90K + Superannuation plus annual & loyalty bonuses
• Assistant provided for extra support

The ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 Years experience in end-to-end portfolio Property Management and ideally Building Management
• Must have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Polished presentation, excellent communications skills, the ability to multi-task with efficiency
