đ Neurodivergent Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
Organised chaos, curious brains, and compassionate support welcome.
Remote | Flexible | Start 1 day/week (and grow if you want)
For people who canât find their keys but can untangle someone elseâs inbox in their sleep.
âš The Short Version:
Ever felt like your own life admin is a disaster zone⊠but when it comes to helping others, youâre suddenly a calming productivity wizard?
You might be our kind of person.
Weâre The Thinking Collective, a fully remote, neurodivergent-led business that provides lived-experience-based business and life support for entrepreneurs whose brains donât fit the mainstream mould.
Weâre hiring a part-time VA (ideally neurodivergent) who can bring tech-savviness, initiative, and a big dose of heart to the work they do. Youâll work closely with our clients (with full say in who you take on), making their business lives smoother - and maybe even helping them get to that dentist appointment they keep putting off.
đŒ What Youâll Actually Do (No Two Days Look the Same)
Tame chaotic calendars and sort inboxes like a pro
Draft emails and captions that sound like your client (but come from your brain)
Build Notion dashboards or colour-code Google Sheets (and love it)
Book flights, plan meals, schedule appointments - and maybe find that perfect birthday gift
Gently nudge clients to do âthe thingâ they've avoided for three months (without shame)
Write a blog post, zhuzh up a slide deck, or send an invoice (minus the mental gymnastics)
Some sessions will be collaborative (body doubling, brainstorming, co-working). Others will be head-down, get-it-done mode. Itâs all flexible, depending on your clientâs needs - and yours.
đ§ Youâll Thrive Here If You:
Are neurodivergent yourself (especially ADHD or Autistic) or are a genuinely neuro-affirming unicorn
Are highly tech-literate and adaptable across Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, Xero, etc.
Have real proficiency using ChatGPT (or similar tools) to streamline tasks, generate ideas, or write great first drafts in real timeâespecially during client sessions
Have a brain wired for creative problem-solving, kindness, and seeing the patterns
You take pride in doing things well - not just fast - and catch details others might miss
Can follow a system or build one when none exists
Know how to work independently without going radio silent
Have a low tolerance for BS and a high commitment to genuine connection
Want a work environment where your brain isnât a barrier - itâs an asset
đ» What We Offer:
1 day/week to start, with the ability to grow your hours and clients at your own pace
Remote, flexible work designed to fit your life and energy
Access to discovery calls to meet potential clients before you agree to anything (You choose who you work with. No energy vampires allowed.)
Support from a neuro-affirming, heart-centred team who get it - plus co-working, guides, and gentle structure
A long-term opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, make a real impact, and create a workload that feels good
No masking, no shame, no pressure to âjust push throughâ - we want the real you
