What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a smile in your voice
- Lodge and triage service desk requests, ensuring appropriate prioritisation
- Coordinate client site visits and manage technician schedules
- Assist with the day-to-day operations and dispatch of tickets
- Monitor and maintain the Support Mailbox with accuracy and care
- Follow up on open tickets with timely and clear communication
- Provide email support and updates to clients with clarity and empathy
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- A customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organised under pressure
- Experience using ticketing systems like ConnectWise (or similar) and confidence with Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn and grow — both technically and professionally
- A passion for technology and helping people solve problems
- A team player attitude — someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
