Who are we?
Office Fruit Group started in 2007 and has really made a bang in the corporate market now servicing both Sydney & Melbourne, we started with an understanding of what the corporate market wanted and grow around our customer needs. We're teaching offices to ditch the cookie jars and to start with our beautiful healthy fruit boxes.

Good customer service skills is above all else in our business. We want to see a passion, customer service experience, a desire to learn, a sense of humor, and empathy for the needs and challenges of our customers.

We're looking for someone who loves people, who is enthusiastic about providing above and beyond customer service and who gets a total kick out of making a positive impact on a someone else's day.

The purpose of this role is to manage our customers ever changing needs and make to help manage the supply on a weekly basis.

The Gig:

Your daily role will be to:

• Work from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
• Looking after customers enquiries and helping find a solution to problem or issue which may come up
• Calling past customers or potential customers to see if they want to restart orders
• Creating contact lists
• Building lasting relationships with our customers (we love them and want them to stay)
• Maintenance of company records, the boring stuff but it helps us in the long run
• Uploading changes into our system.
• Problem solve any issues, coming back to our customers with a timely resolution
• Determining opportunities to up-sell whilst providing outstanding customer service to current customers
• Work independently and as a team member
• Liaise with ops manager daily to ensure you give your customers the correct information.

• You're inquisitive and your detective skills would make Sherlock jealous. You love to solve a good puzzle and having the opportunity to trouble-shoot something gets those (fruit) juices flowin'
• You naturally just enjoy talking to people

• You will be bright energetic and excited to be surrounded by fruit
• You're driven and intrinsically motivated by a job well done.

The Skills you'll have:

• A solid grasp of Google Apps (Gmail, docs, calendars, etc.) - we live in the Google space, you'd have a leg up on the competition if you do to!
• A love of all things EXCEL.
• A personality we will fall in love with.
• Comfortable communicating with people across all platforms - you're profesh on the phones, and your email etiquette is on fleek. Your awareness of written communications is impressive.
