We’re a small, close-knit team based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, and we’re on the lookout for a Loan Processor to join us in helping everyday Aussies access small personal loans up to $15,000. If you thrive in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and pride yourself on your customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
As a Loan Processor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — guiding them through the loan process with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll be on the phone for a good portion of the day, so being a confident communicator and skilled multitasker is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding loan enquiries and applications

Assess loan applications and process documentation

Respond to email enquiries professionally and in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records and customer files

Use internal systems and technology confidently and efficiently

Work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in customer service (finance industry experience a bonus)
✅ Confident and clear phone manner
✅ Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
✅ Resilient, with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
✅ Comfortable using technology, email, and internal processing systems
✅ Able to work autonomously but also contribute to a supportive team culture
