The leader of the Melbourne office is on hand to assist you with support and operate as a sounding board as you progress your career with the business. The workplace and culture foster collaboration for work and social purposes. They are CBD-based and provide a flexible working approach.

Your construction delivery experience will be called on to deliver a large-scale BTR project in the construction phase. Ideally, you will have multi-storey project (over $80M) experience with solid construction knowledge.

• A client-side / consultancy project management experience in a Senior Project Manager role
• Solid communicator with expertise in report writing
• A problem solver who thrives on getting the best result for all stakeholders
• Ideally, the whole project cycle experience - from new build to defects
• Bachelor of Property, Engineering, Architecture or Construction
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter whilst still being collaborative
• Understand and prioritise tasks in line with project deliverables
• History of leading or contributing to PCG meetings
