About the role

Bayford VW Epping is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team in Epping, Victoria. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position based in our modern, well-equipped workshop.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults and issues
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing of Volkswagen vehicles
• Test and inspect vehicle components, systems and performance
• Follow strict safety procedures and ensure workshop cleanliness
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualifications or certificates in automotive mechanics
• Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in the Volkswagen brand
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
