Service Technician – VIC (Security / Nurse Call

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our VIC team.
If you have hands-on experience with security systems or nurse call, and take pride in your technical ability and customer care, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting service calls, troubleshooting, and small installations

Maintaining and supporting nurse call systems, CCTV, access control, or other security solutions

Working independently on client sites across Victoria

Ensuring service quality meets SLAs and safety compliance

Collaborating with the tech team and communicating effectively with clients

You’ll Need:

Minimum 2+ years' experience in security, nurse call, or related low-voltage systems

Victorian security license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong problem-solving skills and technical confidence

Professional attitude with great customer service focus

Ability to travel across metro and regional VIC as required

A current driver's license
