The Opportunity

MLKA Hospitality Recruitment is seeking experienced Maintenance Managers for remote live in roles in some of the most unique parts of Australia.

In these full-time roles, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facilities of our client properties, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, servicing and maintenance of all building systems, generators and treatment plants

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner

Undertake general carpentry and basic plumbing duties

Undertake general grounds duties

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations

Provide on-call support and emergency response as needed

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role

Strong technical skills and knowledge of generators, water plants, building maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours as needed

What's on Offer

Annual Salary Package $80,000-$85,000 Neg
