About the Role:

• Processing end to end multiple payroll cycles, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with all relevant laws and tax obligations.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing payroll processes to improve efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply payroll legislation, including Awards, agreements, Acts, contracts, and company policies, while providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Processing leave calculations including maternity, annual and personal leave etc.

Skills and Experience

• Previous high volume payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential.
• Exposure to Tanda or Pronto payroll systems are desired but not essential
• Experience processing payroll with awards and complex EBAs
• An in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
