Your Role

• Experienced in BMC (Building Management Committee) operations, including multi-layered ownership structures, joint property responsibilities, and collaboration with building/facilities managers.
• Specialist in fire compliance and defect management, coordinating fire safety reports, AFSS certification, and rectification of non-compliant systems.
• Led major cladding and remedial works projects, managing consultant engagement, owner approvals, tendering processes, and project timelines across high-rise and complex sites.
• Managed large and mixed-use portfolios, overseeing AGMs/EGMs, financials, insurance, by-law management, and strata roll compliance under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.
• Trusted advisor to strata committees and stakeholders, offering expert guidance on legal, technical, and operational matters while ensuring premium service delivery.

Essential Requirements for This Role

• Current Driver's License and Car
• Class 2 or class 1 license
• Results-driven, strong work ethic
• Minimum 5 year’s experience
