Your New Role

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair screens for water treatment and Oil & Gas projects
• TIG and MIG welding (on 2mm material, on and off the wire)
• Work primarily with stainless steel – that’s the bread and butter here
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and shape metal with precision (clean work only, no hack jobs)
• Inspect your welds to keep quality sky-high
• Maintain your gear and tools so they look after you
• Keep safety front and centre while getting projects out the door
• Workload split between welding and fabrication – some days 50/50, others 70/30 depending on what’s on

Who Are You?

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker
• Manufacturing/industrial experience
• MIG & TIG welding skills
• Previous stainless steel experience
• Blueprint reading confidence
• Solid eye for detail and quality
• Safety-first attitude
• Ability to work solo or in a crew
• Physically fit to handle materials and equipment
