A fantastic opportunity is now available for a highly capable HSE Coordinator to join an established and fast-growing electrical contractor with a strong presence in the industrial sector. With major projects across Queensland and a strong pipeline of work, this company is expanding its team to further enhance their commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

This role offers genuine flexibility and strong long-term career growth. Based at the Yatala office, the successful candidate will take the lead in shaping and implementing HSE initiatives across a range of industrial project sites

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of HSE processes, ensuring best practices are embedded into operations and compliance is upheld across all sites. The role will involve both hands-on site visits and office-based documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HSE compliance across multiple industrial project sites
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety documentation and HSE systems
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks
  • Support teams with toolbox talks, training sessions, and incident investigations
  • Ensure the business complies with all legislative and client-specific HSE requirements
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on safety performance and improvements

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary Packages around $120,000 + Superannuation based on experience
  • Flexible working arrangements including some WFH if needed
  • Supportive, growing business with strong safety culture
  • Opportunity to make this role your own and lead meaningful change
  • Stable, long-term position with development potential

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar HSE-focused role (ideally within construction or industrial sectors)
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) – essential
  • Strong understanding of HSE systems, audits, and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently across multiple sites

If you're ready to take the next step in your HSE career and want to join a team where your contribution is valued, this could be the role for you.
