We are building a marketing system that delivers omnipresence, credibility, and inbound leads across both our cleaning services and franchise sales. We're now hiring a high-output, creative, and strategic Marketing Content Creator to take ownership of content production across all formats and platforms — and bring our message to every screen, inbox, feed, and stage.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing compelling marketing content — from email campaigns and landing pages to podcasts and whitepapers. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, outsourced partners, and leadership to ensure Urban Clean's message is clear, consistent, and constantly present.
Your content will drive measurable growth in brand presence, search visibility, franchise engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Writing
Write engaging, professional content for web, social, emails, brochures, ads, and more
Develop content for campaigns, ebooks, whitepapers, press releases, and newsletters
Draft franchise sales emails, cleaning service promotions, and customer retention campaigns
Multimedia & Engagement
Support video podcast creation, short-form videos, and promotional clips (record/edit/post)
Source or take relevant photography, audio snippets, and visuals for omnichannel use
Assist with scripting, interviewing, and repurposing live events, webinars, or trainings
Campaigns & Automation
Build and deploy email marketing sequences for franchise acquisition and customer retention
Coordinate with franchise and regional teams to distribute EDMs and newsletters
Maintain a structured campaign calendar to support monthly inbound lead goals
Web & SEO Content
Draft and publish optimised landing pages for each cleaning service and franchise region
Create 10+ pages per week with SEO best practices targeting cleaning and franchise search terms
Collaborate with web developers or use CMS tools to maintain consistent messaging
Distribution & Brand Management
Manage national social media accounts with 1+ post daily; support regionals in resharing
Plan and publish quarterly whitepapers and franchise business content
Submit entries for awards, press releases, and branded content campaigns
We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have…
3+ years experience in content creation, marketing, or communications
Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent English grammar
High proficiency in Canva, AI tools, Google Suite, and digital platforms
Ability to understand campaign goals, audience intent, and brand tone
Confidence interviewing team members and capturing content in the field
A genuine passion for marketing, storytelling, and content that sells with substance
Permanent right to work in Australia required
Bonus Points for…
A working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and CMS tools
Familiarity with Gary Vee's style content strategy (document vs create)
Graphic design, light video editing, and/or podcast production experience
