About the role

We are seeking a driven and passionate 1st Year Apprentice Chef to join our talented team at River City Catering. In this full-time position based in Eight Mile Plains, QLD, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced chef and develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting experienced chefs with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients

Learning proper cooking techniques and methods for a variety of dishes

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Collaborating with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals

Undertaking relevant training and development programmes to further your culinary skills and knowledge
