BBB Remote Site Services are seeking to train Apprentice Chefs to join our tight-knit team at one of our remote sites.

The Apprentice Chef will primarily work at the KRWF Kitchen under the supervision of the Chef and Operations. In the first year, they will gain basic cooking, kitchen duties, and administrative experience, preparing for the second to third years of the apprenticeship, which leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Roster principally a 5x2 local role.

About You

Your experience will be invaluable as BBB Remote Site Services trainee in the day-to-day operation of one of our remote sites. Your outstanding communications skills and rapport with personnel at all levels will promote customer satisfaction and contribute to the security and growth of our Remote Site service operations. You take pride in being an “all-rounder” and "can do attitude" ensuring a great camp experience for our clients.

Essential Criteria for this Role

•Willingness to work towards completing a nationally recognised accreditation at the end of a 3-year training program.

•Proven ability to work effectively as part of a small team under the supervision of senior staff and management. (desirable)

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•Enjoy working collaboratively and being creative within a team.

•Driven to succeed in the hospitality industry and committed to contributing to a successful team at BBB Catering Management.
