About the Role
A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with strong ticketing, transport coordination, and compliance experience. You'll support daily logistics operations at the Laverton Plant, ensuring smooth coordination of incoming/outgoing goods, EPA compliance, and supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities
Ticketing & Compliance
•Create and manage tickets for IBC and drum returns
•Coordinate transport for collections and returns
•Liaise with ticket customers and internal teams
•Manage non-conforming items and ensure EPA certificates are completed via the EPA portal
•Monitor stock levels to remain compliant with EPA regulations
Logistics Coordination
•Schedule and coordinate receival of incoming goods, including imports
•Manage inter-company transfers and complete associated documentation
•Oversee contractor and visitor inductions, PPE compliance, and VIP access
•Support stocktakes and transport planning
•Provide backup for warehouse and transport teams

Skills & Experience
•Background in transport/logistics/warehousing
•Strong experience with inventory systems and ticketing
•Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word
•Professional and clear communication, both written and verbal
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in small teams
•Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
•Fast, accurate, and reliable in data processing and record keeping

Preferred Qualifications
•Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
•Additional qualifications in Dangerous Goods and EPA compliance are an advantage
