We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Heavy Fabricator to join our hardworking crew in our Pakenham workshop. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid fabrication experience who thrives on challenging work, long hours, and being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

What we’re looking for:

Essential Experience:

Proven background in heavy and medium fabrication and proficient in:

· Flux core & solid wire MIG

· Stick welding

· Stainless and Aluminum Tig Welding

· Oxy/acetylene cutting & heating

· Air arc gouging

· Plasma cutting

· Strong ability to read and interpret construction and workshop drawings

· Knowledge of pre-heating techniques for materials

· Able to plan and arrange own materials and tooling for each job

Must-Have Qualifications:

· Relevant trade certification in Boilermaking or Fabrication

· Forklift ticket

· Problem solving, thinking on the fly, and adjusting to the job at hand
