Maintenance Boilermaker Supervisor

Are you a skilled Boilermaker with leadership potential, TIG welding finesse, and a knack for problem-solving?
Baillie Industries is on the lookout for a self-sufficient Boilermaker Supervisor to join our passionate maintenance team in a major paper manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing high-quality TIG welding, particularly on stainless steel pipework

Leading a small, capable team in day-to-day workshop and site-based maintenance activities

Collaborating with engineers to develop practical, efficient solutions

Maintaining accurate job paperwork, including JSEAs and maintenance logs

Delivering work to a high standard, on time, and safely

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail

A commitment to quality and pride in your craftsmanship

Problem-solving mindset – we love people who take initiative

Excellent communication and leadership skills – respectful and reliable

Forklift license and confined space ticket – advantageous, but not essential

Most importantly, a sense of humor – non-negotiable!

Initial 3-month probation at a casual rate

Transition to full-time employment upon successful completion
