SITE SUPERVISOR
Design & Build is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing construction company renowned for its commitment to excellence. Specialising in low- and medium-density developments, our client is expanding rapidly, offering an exciting opportunity to lead the construction of Lifestyle Retirement Villages in the beautiful coastal region of Hervey Bay, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire construction program, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of activities across the site
• Supervise Up to 100 Contractors, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment
• Inspect Completed Work to ensure the highest standards of quality craftsmanship are maintained
• Monitor Timelines and Budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints
• Enforce Safety Practices in line with company policies and Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) legislation
• Guide and Mentor Trades, ensuring compliance with the company's Safety Management System and internal procedures
• Liaise with Clients and Stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Experience:

• 2+ Years of Experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, with a focus on retirement villages or similar projects
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and direct on-site teams
• Thorough Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, safety regulations, and building codes
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
• Must Hold a QBCC License
