With a full suite of reports now in place and sophisticated reporting being produced, the team are looking for someone to continue the ownership of the dashboards and keep optimising the company’s position.

About the Role
This role was created as a value add to the finance team and the business to enable and influence non finance stakeholders that rely upon detailed insights to support the daily operation and the future projections that make this business a success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Regular review of the financial performance of the business to provide financial insights and commercial recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

· Regular review of the Group’s reporting to ensure it is concise, focuses on key metrics and risks and is meeting the needs of the users.

· Develop and implement dashboards to automate processes, increase financial control and monitor business performance to assist with strategic decision making.

· Display information in a simple way which is tailored to the users.

· Assist with a benchmarking project through financial analysis and providing insights for our network.

· Prepare monthly management reporting including commentary, variance analysis and project reporting

· Manage cash flow and working capital requirements & preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

About You:

· Accounting Degree, CA/ CPA (desirable), 3 year+ experience in a similar role, showcasing strong proficiency in dashboard/ data visualization and analytics, enabling informed decision-making and insightful reporting.

· Experienced in handling large data sets, adept at extracting, organizing, and analysing data to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

· Proven experience in modelling (Advanced Excel to Power Query) and great problem solving skills
