About the Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic analysis. You’ll support pricing strategies, tender processes, and key business initiatives, providing valuable insight and recommendations to improve margin, performance, and commercial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with executives to drive performance and identify strategic opportunities

Provide monthly reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis

Conduct financial modelling to support investment and business case decisions

Influence transformation and cost optimisation initiatives

Support audits, compliance, and financial governance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Deliver commercial insight to support pricing, tenders, and contract negotiations

About You

CA/CPA qualified with relevant experience in a commercial finance role

Strong background in business partnering and financial analysis

Experience in manufacturing or a multi-site operational environment

Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders

Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems

Passionate about making a positive impact through your work
