Our client is a large, well known not-for-profit providing critical services across Queensland with a strong senior leadership team. Due to increased requirements around funding visibility, a new role has been created for a Finance Business Partner to join the team as they transition to an activity based funding model. The Role
Working closely with an impressive GM Performance and CFO, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of reports to provide insight and understanding into the company's complex operations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working collaboratively across the senior leadership team to understand the true cost of service provision
• Developing contract profitability reporting for major contracts as well as KPI reporting for staff utilisation rates
• Leading the development of activity, cost and revenue budgeting and reporting
• Developing Enterprise Data Warehouse based reporting solutions
• Developing Ad hoc reporting requirements as required
• Uplifting the organisation's understanding of cost and revenue drivers

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be:
CA or CPA qualified with 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar finance business partner role within a complex, high data organisation

• Commercially astute with a strong knowledge of KPI reporting and process automation
• Able to effectively engage with senior business leaders with a proven track record of delivering insight via reporting to front line managers
• A strong presenter with excellent communication skills
• Highly analytical and comfortable in a big data environment
• Strong with a variety of systems, particularly Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, SQL
