🏡 Settlement Coordinator – Aussie Home Loans (South Morang & Carlton)
Full-Time | Based across South Morang & Carlton | Mortgage Broking Support Role

We’re growing – and looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Settlement Coordinator to join our high-performing Aussie Home Loans teams in South Morang and Carlton.

This is a key support role, ensuring our clients experience a smooth and seamless journey from loan approval through to settlement. You'll work closely with our brokers, lenders, clients, and internal admin team to manage every moving part of the post-approval process.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

Liaising with lenders, clients, solicitors/conveyancers, and brokers to manage the settlement pipeline

Tracking approval conditions, verifying documentation, and preparing files for settlement

Following up with stakeholders to meet critical timelines

Managing communications and updates to ensure a smooth client experience

Maintaining CRM systems and internal workflows

Supporting both the South Morang and Carlton teams — flexibility to work from both offices is key

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience in end-to-end loan processing or settlements within a brokerage, aggregator, or lender environment

Ability to prioritise and multitask across a high volume of loans while maintaining accuracy

Strong understanding of lending processes and terminology (familiarity with loan documents, discharge forms, VOI, etc.)

Problem-solving mindset – someone who can anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them

Proactive communication style – keeping brokers and clients in the loop without being prompted

Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced, compliance-driven industry

Experience using Salesforce or similar broker software (desirable but not essential)

Team player mentality, with a collaborative approach across both locations

Customer-first attitude – a focus on delivering a smooth and stress-free experience for borrowers
