As the Infrastructure Cost Manager, you’ll support a growing team across multiple projects and sectors including, major infrastructure, defence and commercial.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide cost planning advice and support to the wider team
• Supporting the preparation of estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and variations assessments
• Collaborating with the wider cost management team to deliver cost planning, estimating, and commercial-based services.
• Supporting the development of the company’s Cost and Commercial Management offering in a client-facing role, through the delivery of services to a high quality.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Support junior team members and project coordination

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, cost planning, contract administration, advisory, risk, or technical consulting
• Developing first principles estimates in some of the following: heavy civil, road, rail, bridges, marine, renewables and utilities projects.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure cost management, including the use of software applications such as CostX, Candy or Expert
• Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop, mentor and coach team members
• Cost dispute experience highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client deliverables
