
Customer Support Analyst - Product and Pricing Data

The role
We are seeking an analytically minded individual with a customer-centric approach to work with suppliers and product owners over the phone, email, video call, and live chat, assisting them to manage and maintain their product information and pricing data in our National Product Catalogue (NPC) solution.
Examples of your day-to-day activities include:
Help NPC users with uploading, validating, maintaining, and sharing product and pricing data, as well as product images, via the NPC.
Investigate and offer guidance to users on rectifying validation error messages they encounter, utilising the technical resources and information sheets available to you as a reference.
Serve as the initial point of contact for addressing user queries about data and image issues, and escalate any complex system-related inquiries to our onsite support team.
Provide training to users on how to navigate the NPC, as required.
Who you are
You possess a strong enthusiasm for both data accuracy and customer support and are a detail-oriented person who takes pride in your ability to follow comprehensive processes and procedures. In addition, you are a tech-savvy individual, who is a pro at handling multiple systems simultaneously.
What you'll bring
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Previous experience analysing information, identifying and solving problems and/or performing data maintenance tasks.
Capability to comprehend basic technical concepts.
Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong rapport both over the phone and via email.
A strong understanding of the importance of adhering to standard operating procedures.
