About the role

This customer centric role will see you supporting suppliers, via phone and email, to prepare their product data for seamless upload to our National Product Catalogue (NPC) solution. You will guide them through preparing their product data for upload and support them throughout the process, ensuring it is correctly uploaded and ready to be shared with major retailers such as Coles and Woolworths.

Examples of your day-to-day activities include:

Support suppliers to upload and validate their product & pricing data, as well as product images.

Helping suppliers to resolve validation error messages using the technical resources and information sheets at your disposal.

Serve as the initial point of contact for resolving supplier queries regarding data and image issues.

Providing basic training to suppliers on how to use and navigate the National Product Catalogue (NPC), e.g., logging in, etc.

About you

You are team oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment, while also being self motivated and able to work autonomously.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate...

Proven ability to navigate systems with ease, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong rapport both over the phone and via email.

Strong administrative and data entry skills, with great attention to detail.

Effective time management skills, with the ability to break down tasks to meet deadlines.

A strong understanding of the importance of adhering to standard operating procedures.

Applicants with previous experience working towards performance targets will be highly regarded.
