Description: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role depending on organizational requirements and individual performance.

Praktika Online Dental Software is looking for a Customer Support Officer for our growing Support Team.

You will be the first point of contact to respond to phone and email requests for customer support. This role is ideal for an experienced dental assistant, receptionist or practice manager who is looking to move away from clinical dentistry.

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in the role the following skills are essential:

Previous experience working in a dental practice

Excellent communication skills

Solid user level computer knowledge

Proactive approach, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

PREFFERED

Experience using Praktika and other Practice management systems

Resident of Greater Melbourne

ROLE

This is a Level 1 Customer Support Officer position providing all general support which can involve:
- Developing training manuals and standard operating procedures
- Customer training
- Technical troubleshooting

DUTIES

Respond to phone and email enquiries for support from customers

Identify, determine, resolve or escalate issues using existing guidelines and standardised tools

Log and monitor service requests in the Help Desk system

Provide customer training in the use of our software

Create and update customer help and training materials

Assist in the development of FAQ and knowledge base for our software

LOCATION

Our office is located in the renowned Tally Ho business park in Burwood East.

POSITION
This is full-time position with a remuneration $65k-$70k ($32-$35 p/h) + superannuation depending on your experience.
