Deputy Principal – Community

Commencing Term 1, 2026

FCJ College Benalla invites applications for the position of Deputy Principal – Community, a key leadership role within our Executive Team. Working in close partnership with the Deputy Principal – Learning, this role supports the Principal in leading the College with vision, purpose and faith.

Grounded in our rich Catholic heritage and the charism of the Faithful Companions of Jesus, the Deputy Principal – Community is responsible for strategically guiding and nurturing a well-connected, inclusive, and future-focused school community. This leader will actively shape the culture of the College, strengthening relationships with students, families, staff, and the wider community.
