• Salary: $80,000–$90,000 pro rata

A well-established, values-driven organisation in the community services sector is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Corporate Services team on a part-time basis. With a strong focus on inclusion and support for vulnerable communities, this organisation is experiencing steady growth and is looking for someone to help attract and secure talent across their expanding workforce.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong end-to-end recruitment experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role As the Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance checks, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, social media, referrals, and proactive search
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles
• Provide a seamless, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding and work closely with internal HR and Marketing teams on employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reporting and data insights

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or internal), ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across various role types and seniority levels
• Experience using recruitment systems and tools
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes

Desirable:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of the disability, community, or healthcare sector
• Experience and understanding of NDIS
