Casual AV Event Lead (Sydney-based)

Are you hands-on, reliable, and love a good event? Silent Sounds is looking for casual AV staff to join our growing team, supporting unique events across Sydney.

We’re Australia’s leading wireless headphone and AV experience company, and we deliver high-end events to entertainment clients, corporates and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

Setting up and packing down our gear (headphones, mics, DJ booths etc.)

Testing equipment, managing stages with microphones and headphones

Working closely with clients to make sure everything runs smoothly

Helping with deliveries, pickups, and large-format setups

Providing friendly on-site support with a "can-do" attitude

Occasional leadership duties (if leading the team)

What We’re Looking For

Someone who’s reliable, professional and always on time

Great communication and people skills

Able to work solo or in a small team

AV set up and operation experience - required

Must be physically capable of lifting/setting up equipment

Available for event shifts, primarily during weekdays, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed
