About the Opportunity

In this diverse role, you will support the product lifecycle and operational functions for a range of investment products. Working closely with internal teams and external service providers, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance and effectiveness of product information, reporting and investor communications. You'll be a key contributor to strategic product initiatives and play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service and support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update core product materials such as disclosure documents, fact sheets, and client communications
• Oversee investor communication processes via registry platforms
• Act as the internal expert on product-related data and performance analytics
• Respond to client queries and support issue resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Support product-related projects and cross-team initiatives
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and business standards

What You'll Bring

• 2-4+ years' experience in funds management, superannuation, or investment banking
• Familiarity with fund structures and operations, including custody, fund administration and registry services
• Proficiency in financial data tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet and/or Bloomberg
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
