An opportunity has arisen for a bright, motivated Receptionist/Front of House to join the dynamic and successful team.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Be the first point of contact for the public, responding to phone and email enquiries
Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained
Upload property listings online and update property status
Prepare agents with documentation for appraisals, open inspections, auctions, etc.
Arranging photographers and boards for the properties
Manage office phone system & other software systems throughout the office
Office Support & Team Support
Assist marketing team with social media management
General ad-hoc administration duties, as required
About You:
Strong attention to detail is a must
Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Proactive, reliable, and highly organised approach to your work
A collaborative mindset and a drive to support others in the team
