About the Role

This is a front-of-house role where you’ll help keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone — clients and team — feels looked after. Your day-to-day will include:

Answering and directing phone calls

Greeting clients and visitors

Keeping the kitchen and meeting rooms tidy

Managing incoming and outgoing mail

Organising documents and filing

Updating client information in our system

Helping manage the team calendar and bookings

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service, reception, or admin

A friendly phone manner and great communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

A can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed

Someone who takes pride in being organised and reliable
