The Role: This isn’t a role for coasters or clipboard carriers.
You’ll be leading from the front—owning program, managing contracts, driving delivery, and guiding teams from start to finish. These projects are big, bold, and technical—think cutting-edge cold storage facilities, food processing plants, and large-scale logistics hubs.
You’ll be trusted to run the show, and you’ll have the backing of a tight-knit, high-performing in-house team across design, construction and leadership. If you’ve got experience in the food processing space, you’ll hit the ground running.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid runs on the board with top-tier or high-performing mid-tier builders
• Strong background in industrial construction – cold storage or food processing is a huge plus
• Proven ability to build and drive program – this is key
• Confident managing contracts, scope, budgets and client relationships
• Natural team leader – you bring people together, not just manage them
• Detail-obsessed and outcome-drive
