Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in subdivision delivery? Our client - a respected land development with a presence down the eastern seaboard - is seeking a highly skilled construction professional to oversee the successful delivery of projects up to $100 million.

• Negotiable base salary between $230,000 - $250,000 + Super & Vehicle. (up to $300k package)

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of all construction activities across a diverse portfolio of subdivision projects. From early planning through to final delivery, you'll lead teams, manage contractors, and drive outcomes across some of SEQ’s most exciting developments.

• Oversee end-to-end construction delivery of subdivision projects
• Oversee site operations, contractor performance, and project milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Maintain tight control over project budgets, timelines, and compliance
• Provide regular reporting and strategic input to the General Manager

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desired
• Experience in subdivision project delivery (Must have)
• Prior project management experience of 5+ years.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works and land development
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
