We’re currently working with a well-established construction company known for delivering high-quality multi-residential projects across Southeast Queensland. With a growing pipeline of work and a major $60M apartment project underway, they’re now seeking a capable Senior Contract Administrator to join their team and drive commercial outcomes.

💼 About the Role
As Senior CA, you’ll take the lead on contract administration across large-scale apartment builds. You’ll work closely with the PM and commercial team to manage cost, compliance, and subcontractor performance from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage head contracts and subcontracts across major multi-res projects
• Oversee progress claims, variations, RFIs, and reporting
• Lead procurement and let packages in line with program
• Negotiate and assess subcontractor claims and payments
• Ensure contract compliance and accurate cost tracking
• Mentor and support junior CA team members where required

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience as a CA or Senior CA in multi-residential construction
• Proven track record on projects $30M+
• Strong head contract and subcontract administration skills
• High level of commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management and construction software
• Ideally degree qualified in Construction or related discipline
