We’re on the lookout for a part-time Compliance Officer to join us in our Brisbane office two days a week. You’ll work closely with our the team to make sure our systems, processes and reporting meet ASQA and Skills Assure requirements without making things overly complicated.

What you’ll be doing

Keeping us on track with the latest compliance requirements (think ASQA, SAS, AVETMISS and the Standards for RTOs)

Reviewing student files, trainer credentials, assessments and reporting to make sure everything stacks up

Helping us get audit-ready (and stay that way)

Supporting internal projects to make compliance easier through better systems and automation

Working with the team to solve problems, not just point them out

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience in RTO compliance, auditing or quality roles

A solid understanding of the Standards for RTOs, AVETMISS and QLD’s Skills Assure program

Someone who gets the balance between compliance and practicality, you know when to push and when to simplify

Strong attention to detail and clear communicator

Comfortable working in a small team where your input genuinely shapes how we do things
