About the Role

Complete Host is seeking an Property Logistics Supervisor to help drive operational efficiency across our 100+ short-term rental properties in Melbourne.

In this hands-on supervisory role, you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating daily field logistics and stock movements

Supervising task scheduling across multiple buildings

Collaborating with teams to deliver smooth guest experiences

Performing quality checks and occasional onsite assistance

This is an ideal role for someone with a background in rental operations, hospitality logistics, or facilities coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily logistics and field-based operations

Assign and track tasks such as stock delivery, inspections, and minor maintenance

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock movements across buildings

Liaise with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, guest services)

Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes

Provide occasional on-site support when required

About You

You are:

Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented

Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing shifting priorities

A clear communicator with strong verbal and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently but thrive in a team-based culture

You have:

Experience in rental property operations, logistics, or hospitality (preferred)

Prior experience supervising or coordinating a team

Proficiency with modern business tools (e.g. task management software like Trello or monday.com, mobile apps, cloud-based systems)

Strong time management and task coordination skills

A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence and full working rights in Australia

Spanish language skills (highly regarded)
