As Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with the CTO to take early-stage concepts and proof-of-concepts into structured, deliverable technology projects. You’ll shape delivery roadmaps, engage with an offshore development team, and oversee execution to production-ready outcomes. This role bridges innovation and delivery within a high-growth environment, helping translate vision into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO to define project scope, technical direction, and business alignment.
• Take ownership of delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-launch support.
• Coordinate offshore engineers, BAs, and QA resources to deliver against timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Provide clear reporting to stakeholders on progress and blockers.
• Ensure solutions meet internal standards, security, and performance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team efficiency.

Key Requirement

• Proven track record delivering digital or software-based projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with CTOs, product owners, or executive stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in software delivery, systems design, or technical project execution.
• Confidence managing offshore or distributed teams with a collaborative, outcomes-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Agile delivery practices.
• Exposure to business systems (Salesforce, SugarCRM, Eclipse ERP) is a plus.
