The Role:
We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen with creativity, calmness under pressure, and a passion for food. You’ll oversee all kitchen operations, work closely with the owner, and help elevate our food offering to the next level.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

Strong grill and steak preparation skills

Experience with seasonal menu planning

Leadership qualities – able to manage and inspire a small team

Solid understanding of food safety and cost controls

A calm, reliable presence in a busy kitchen
