We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support an asset management transformation program within a NSW Government organisation. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate and structured master data aligned with Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) requirements.

You'll be responsible for interpreting complex engineering and maintenance documentation, preparing high-quality data templates, and ensuring successful data cleansing, creation, and migration into SAP EAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret TMP-related documentation to create, cleanse, and transform master data

Build and manage structured Excel templates to apply business rules and prepare data for upload

Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data quality and consistency

Work closely with business stakeholders, TMP Group Leaders, and technical teams to align on data standards and formats

Support trial migrations, post-migration validations, and continuous improvement of data processes

Technical Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working with SAP EAM or equivalent ERP asset management modules (e.g., Ellipse, Maximo)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)

Hands-on experience with SQL or similar querying tools for data profiling and analysis

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality standards, and master data lifecycle
