Surface Rescue is the fresh new face of three successful Adelaide-based businesses — Superior Exterior, Ecocrete Resurfacing, and Express Epoxy Flooring — currently merging to become the go-to surface restoration company across Australia.

We are looking for a 2.5x growth on last FY's revenue. With franchising plans underway and huge national potential, we’re looking for a foundational hire — a confident, ambitious Business Development Manager who wants to grow with us and shape something big.

👊 The Role

This isn’t your typical sales role. You’ll be our first full-time BDM, leading the charge on business growth across Adelaide and beyond. You’ll work closely with our founders, build strong B2B relationships, and help set the tone for how Surface Rescue scales.

✅ What You'll Be Doing:

Securing new B2B clients (builders, developers, commercial property groups)

Re-engaging and nurturing existing accounts for repeat work

Attending site visits and client meetings

Following up post-project to strengthen relationships

Tracking client pipelines and uncovering upcoming opportunities

Working with the leadership team to shape our growth strategy

🔥 You’ll Be a Fit If You:

Have 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

Know how to build lasting relationships, not just close quick deals

Are confident with builders, site managers, PMs, and decision-makers

Are self-driven, hands-on, and motivated by results

Have a current driver’s licence and enjoy being out on the road

💸 What’s in It for You:

$80-100k base (dictated on experience) + car allowance + uncapped commission (3% of revenue you bring in) + revenue target bonuses

Realistic OTE of $120K–$170K+
