ABOUT THE ROLE

In this face-to-face, public-facing role, you’ll engage with potential customers at our branded stands in major shopping centres and events such as the Royal Adelaide Show. Your goal? Start meaningful conversations, collect customer details, and help connect them with our expert sales team — no hard selling required!

Key Responsibilities include:

Promote Australian Outdoor Living’s products to potential customers

Collect customer contact details for our sales team

Explain the benefits of our products in a simple and engaging way

Deliver outstanding customer service

Represent and be an ambassador for the Australian Outdoor Living brand

Ensure your stand area is clean, organised, and presentable

ABOUT YOU:

Experience in retail, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles (desirable)

A confident communicator with excellent people skills

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated

Comfortable working on a 7-day rotating roster, with part-time hours (minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed)

Possess a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Willing and able to travel to all designated Adelaide metro locations and some country locations when necessary

Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
