With a strong reputation in the market and a focus on premium client service, we are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic Cronulla-based team.

About the Role
As our Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business. You’ll play a key role in managing high-value, complex files and act as the central point of contact between our onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the Director to oversee operational workflows

Manage complex lending scenarios including SMSF, commercial, and high-net-worth clients

Liaise with clients and lenders throughout the application process

Coordinate effectively with a team of four offshore staff to ensure high service delivery

Proactively support process improvements and efficiency as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the mortgage industry - in operations, broking, or a senior administrative role

Proven ability to handle complex loan scenarios

Experience liaising with offshore teams and managing workflows

Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

Based locally and comfortable working onsite in our Cronulla office
